Sega Announces 10% Salary Increase for Japanese Employees Starting April 2026

Sega Corporation announced a comprehensive compensation reform on November 12, 2025, introducing a 10% base salary increase for its Japanese employees effective April 1, 2026.

Base Salary Increases Across the Board

The adjustment will impact all existing full-time employees in Japan, with base salaries rising by approximately 10%. New college graduates joining the company will see their starting salary increase from ¥300,000 to ¥330,000 per month.
