Dead by Daylight: Stranger Things Chapter 2 Brings Vecna, Eleven & Dustin to The Fog

Over six years after the original Stranger Things chapter became one of Dead by Daylight's most celebrated collaborations, the hit Netflix series returns to The Fog. Dead by Daylight: Stranger Things Chapter 2 launched on January 27, 2026, bringing the terrifying Vecna as a new Killer alongside fan-favorite survivors Eleven and Dustin Henderson.

The First Emerges from the Upside Down

Vecna, known in Dead by Daylight as The First, brings the horrors of the Upside Down directly into The Fog. This iconic antagonist from Stranger Things Seasons 4 and 5 can manipulate reality around him, manifesting twisted objects as weapons and summoning sinister vines to curse unsuspecting survivors.

The First's power, Test Subject #001, allows him to disappear beneath the ground and reemerge to inflict his curse on anyone in his path. His unique perks reflect his terrifying abilities:

Performing a Mori on survivors triggers a chilling special interaction where Vecna speaks to them by name and mocks them before their demise.

Hawkins Heroes Join the Fight

Eleven and Dustin Henderson join Steve Harrington and Nancy Wheeler as playable survivors. Each brings their own playstyle to the trial:

Dustin focuses on teamwork and adaptability with his perks Bada Bada Boom, Change of Plan, and Teamwork: Full Circuit. He can trap windows to hinder the Killer, transform items mid-trial, and boost generator repair speed when working with teammates.

Eleven takes a stealthier approach with Extrasensory Perception, We See You, and Teamwork: Soft-Spoken. Her psychic abilities let her scout the area while crouched and reveal the Killer's aura when they try to track her.

Legendary Outfits Expand the Roster

The chapter introduces Legendary Outfits that transform survivors into additional Stranger Things characters:
