Tifa runs a bar called Seventh Heaven in the Sector 7 slums, which also serves as Avalanche's secret headquarters. While she genuinely believes in the group's mission to protect the planet from Shinra's Mako extraction, her true motivation for recruiting Cloud was far more personal—she wanted to keep an eye on her childhood friend after their years apart.
The trailer emphasizes Tifa's role as the emotional heart of the party. Unlike Barret's aggressive leadership style, Tifa serves as a mediator and voice of compassion, often questioning whether their violent methods are truly justified.
Combat Style: Premium Heart
In battle, Tifa is a close-range combat specialist who relies on her martial arts training. Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade launches on Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC on January 22, 2026. The game is already available on PS5, Steam, and Epic Games Store. This expanded release includes the complete Remake experience plus the INTERmission DLC featuring Yuffie Kisaragi.
The game will be priced at ¥5,478 for the standard edition and ¥7,101 for the Digital Deluxe Edition. A unique "Game Boost" function allows players to customize difficulty, including options for infinite HP/MP and maximum damage output for those who want to focus purely on the story.
