Monster Hunter Wilds Halloween Festival of Accord Dreamspell Event Begins

Monster Hunter Wilds transformed into a Halloween wonderland with the launch of the Festival of Accord Dreamspell event on October 22, 2025. Capcom brought seasonal festivities to their upcoming action RPG, running through November 12, 2025, offering hunters a chance to earn exclusive Halloween-themed rewards before the game's full release.

The gathering hub underwent a complete Halloween makeover, featuring eerie decorations, glowing jack-o'-lanterns, and mystical blue lighting that created an otherworldly atmosphere. Special seasonal music performances accompanied the visual transformation, immersing players in the spooky celebrations.

Hunters gained access to exclusive equipment through the event, including the Ghostura α Series armor set obtained via special event tickets. Companion gear wasn't forgotten, with the Marionette Cat α Series available for Palicoes, along with harvest-themed armor and Ghost Cat equipment earned through event-specific quests.

The festival featured an expanded daily login bonus system, rewarding players with increased ticket drops and exclusive cosmetics. Notable rewards included the "Pumpkin Head" gesture animation, secret decorative items, and custom camp decorations to carry the Halloween spirit into personal spaces.

Limited-time event quests rolled out throughout the festival period, featuring hunts against Hirabami and culminating in the challenging "Ancient King Nu-Egudra" quest. This high-rank encounter required Hunter Rank 100 or above, offering seasoned players a formidable 9-star difficulty challenge with exclusive rewards.

Special character costumes for NPCs Alma and Eric became temporarily available during the event, with Capcom confirming permanent purchase options through future DLC. The festival marked one of the final major events before Monster Hunter Wilds' full launch on February 28, 2025, available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
