Max Factory Reveals figma Yana from Unicorn Overlord with Interchangeable Expressions

Max Factory has unveiled a new figma based on Yana, the mysterious witch from Vanillaware's acclaimed tactical RPG Unicorn Overlord. Pre-orders are now open through January 7, 2026, with delivery scheduled for September 2026.

A Former Servant of Cornia

Yana serves as one of the many recruitable characters in Unicorn Overlord, bringing her dark magic and sardonic wit to Prince Alain's liberation army. Once a servant of the Cornian royal family, she now offers her considerable magical talents to help reclaim the fallen kingdom.

The figma captures her distinctive design faithfully, from her wide-brimmed witch hat adorned with a crescent moon ornament to her flowing teal cape with its tattered, bat-wing edges. Her signature green twin-tails and studded black outfit translate beautifully into figure form.

Three Expressive Face Plates

The figure includes three interchangeable face plates that showcase different aspects of Yana's personality. The standard expression features her characteristic confident smirk, while the embarrassed face with blushing cheeks and averted eyes captures her more vulnerable moments. A shouting expression rounds out the set for dynamic battle poses.
