NCSOFT and Guerrilla Games unveil Horizon Steel Frontiers, a party-based MMORPG set in the Horizon universe, coming to PC and mobile platforms.
NCSoft and Guerrilla Games have revealed Horizon Steel Frontiers, an MMORPG set in the Horizon universe, at G-STAR 2025 on November 13, 2025. The game is currently in development for PC, iOS, and Android with full cross-platform compatibility.
Horizon Steel Frontiers emphasizes party-based cooperative gameplay with balanced team dynamics and complementary roles. The game is set in the established Horizon universe's post-apocalyptic world featuring mechanical creatures, with new narrative elements.
This marks the first MMORPG expansion of the Horizon IP and represents a collaboration between Korean developer NCSOFT and PlayStation's Guerrilla Games. NCSOFT is also releasing AION 2 for PC and mobile platforms. No release date has been announced.
